Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food items, beverages, etc.)
  • Personal care items (toiletries, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product back to our address within 7 days

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong item was delivered.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
